Description
Help children develop a deeper understanding of culture, identity, and inclusion through play with the Miniland Doll Australian Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Girl 38cm. Thoughtfully created as a world first collaboration between Miniland in Spain and Indigenous Australian communities, this special educational doll encourages children to learn about diversity, belonging, and respect from an early age.
Developed in Australia in consultation with several Indigenous Australians, including renowned artist Garry Purchase, this doll represents an important step towards greater cultural representation in children's toys. As part of this collaboration, 3.5% of proceeds from sales are donated to the Aboriginal community led organisation Children's Ground, supporting stronger futures for First Nations children and families.
Designed to inspire meaningful role play, storytelling, and self discovery, this doll helps children recognise themselves and others while fostering an appreciation for different cultures, communities, and life experiences. Through imaginative play, children can explore relationships, empathy, communication, and social understanding in a natural and engaging way.
Like all Miniland Dolls, this anatomically correct doll supports age appropriate learning about physical differences while encouraging self awareness and confidence. The articulated limbs allow for realistic movement and interactive play, helping bring children's stories and adventures to life.
Made from soft, flexible, phthalate free vinyl, the doll is pleasant to hold and features Miniland's signature gentle vanilla scent, reminiscent of a newborn baby. Beautifully presented and dressed in a white singlet suit, this doll makes a meaningful gift for families, educators, childcare centres, and early learning environments.
